Whether it is replacement bees for winter die offs, bees for expansion of your hobby
or business or your very first colony, we can supply your needs.
If it is your first colony, we offer starter kits to get you started
right, which include new wooden ware, tools, protective clothing, and
especially strong, healthy bees.
3# packages are available in early April. They have a fresh 2012 queen from a quality queen breeder, choices include Italian, Carniolan Hybrid, Italian Hygienic. Packages include a 1# pollen sub patty.
5 frame nucs are available from late April. With their advantage of having an established 2012 queen and all stages of brood, they are ready to be installed as the heart of your colony.
Single deep colonies are available late April, early May with established 2012 queens.

Our packages arrive fresh from California in early April from Ray
Olivarez with a new 2012 queen. We have a limited supply of our freshly
caged packages. Pick up dates to be determined. Order early first come,
first served. All packages include a 1# pollen sub patty.
Upon getting them home you can install them right away, with minimal queen introduction time.
Nucs are made up in returnable 5 frame boxes in early April.
They are allowed to build and be evaluated until the end of April,
beginning of May. Pick up can be arranged to fit your schedule to about
the middle of May or until sold out. These nucs will have 3+ frames brood,
2 frames mixed honey and pollen, or 4 frames mixed brood/honey/pollen and
a division feeder, your choice.
Singles are 9 frames in our new equipment. We start these colonies in early April with 5 drawn frames of bees, honey and pollen, a new queen and 4 new frames of beeswax foundation. They include a bottom board with reducer, a single deep box, an inner cover and an outer telescope cover.
They are allowed to build and be evaluated until the end of April, beginning of May. Pick up can be arranged to fit your schedule to about the middle of May or until sold out.
We hope to have queens available from early April, breeds to include Italian, Carniolan Hybrid, and Italian Hygienic. We have queens on order from several reputable queen breeders in California and Florida.
We will have a limited supply of Wisconsin raised Italian queens available from about the middle of June.
